On December 15, a regular meeting of members of the board of the Kokboru Federation was held, at which information was provided by representatives of the working group on changing the rules of the game in Kokboru. The chairman of the working group, Zhyldyzbek Muzuratbekov, and a member of the working group, Ramis Kudaibergenov, made a report on this issue and said that changes in the rules would lead to the development of courage, strengthening discipline in the game, and increasing responsibility among teams and players. Some of the changes made were unanimously supported by members of the board, the new rules were approved in the form of a special publication, and the public was instructed to carry out extensive explanatory work.

Also at this meeting, Kokboru Federation lawyer Temir Kazybay presented the draft “Transfer Rules” to the participants. If this regulation comes into force, there will be legal registration between teams and players, the implementation of contracts will be controlled by the Kokboru Federation, and agreements between players and clubs will become legal. Participants stated that transmission regulation is necessary for the future of Kokboru and noted that it is necessary to continue preparing the project for its further development.

In addition, members of the council reviewed candidates for determining the “Best of the Year 2023.” The President of the Kokboru Federation, Ramis Dzhunusaliev, said that it is necessary to organize a solemn award ceremony for the selected candidates, and said that the exact date of the event will be known in the coming days.
