On November 25, the President of the Kok Boru Federation of Kyrgyzstan, Ramis Dzhunusaliev, met in Moscow with the head of the Kok Boru Association of the Russian Federation, Sergei Savin. The parties discussed the development of kok boru between the two countries and touched upon several topical issues. Sergei Savin highly appreciated the actions of Kyrgyzstan in Kok Boru, noting that Russia is interested in sharing experience. He invited the Kyrgyz side as a guest to the first championship of the Russian Federation in the Altai Territory in 2024. He also called on Kyrgyzstan to actively assist in improving the experience of players and referees.

Ramis Dzhunusaliev said that players from Kyrgyzstan will come to the first Russian championship, which will be held in the Altai Territory, and organize an exhibition game. Referees from Kyrgyzstan will also come to this game. He invited the Russian side to take part in the World Kok Boru Championship, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan next year, and also to prepare the Russian team for the V World Nomad Games.

As a result of the negotiations, the parties adopted a memorandum of bilateral cooperation, which contains a number of important issues on the development of kok boru between the two countries.
