On November 25, representatives of 16 constituent entities of the Russian Federation representing Kok Boru gathered in Moscow and formed the Kok Boru Association of the Russian Federation. The participants decided to hold the first Russian Kok Boron Championship in the Altai Territory in 2024. And Sergei Savin was unanimously elected head of the Kok Boru Association of the Russian Federation. In his speech, Savin noted that Russia has great potential in kok boru, it’s time to create a unified team and fight for leading positions in international games. For this purpose, at the First All-Russian Championship, which will be held in the Altai Territory in May 2024, the Russian Federation team will be formed. In turn, the Kok Boru Federation of Kyrgyzstan welcomed the meeting in Russia.
