A detailed review of the recording of the final match between the national teams of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan revealed serious violations by the refereeing team, which consisted entirely of representatives of Kazakhstan, headed by Akylbek Kymyzbayev.
The entire match was accompanied by gross violations by the players of the Kazakhstan national team, expressed in unsportsmanlike behavior and aggression. Systematic disregard for the rules of zhekme-zheke by the refereeing team led to three salyms of the Kazakhstan national team being thrown in violation of the rules. The refusal of the organizers to provide access to video replays of gross violations made it impossible to file a protest against individual episodes. This applies to the abandoned salyms of the Kyrgyz national team that were not counted and the salym of the Kazakhstan national team, which according to the rules of the game Kokpar should not have been counted.
Particularly outrageous is the refusal of the refereeing team to react to the aggressive and unsportsmanlike behavior of the Kazakhstan national team player Ulan Baytoreyev, who was removed for only 2 minutes, while the Kopar rules prescribe a 5-minute penalty, and in the case of a three-time warning, removal until the end of the match.
After a detailed review of the match, the Kok Boru Federation experts identified at least 20 violations of the rules to which the refereeing team did not react, 14 of which were the most serious.
The Kok Boru Federation expresses bewilderment regarding the statement of the Kokpar Federation of Kazakhstan, which announced the absence of any violations in the final.
